The Diamond PR ladies really are diamonds. From their attention to every detail, personable personality, knowledge of their client, and friendliness while on a press trip to their quick e-mail responses and "get it done” attitude, they're one of my go-to places when I need ideas on properties to include for my stories. No matter who I reach out to, they always seem to circulate my plea among the office because in no time I have a response—whether it's one filled with ideas on properties that might fit my angle, or a simple "sorry, we don't have anything." They are also always very friendly and personable when emailing me pitches. I never get a standard "For immediate release" email with a press release attached. Instead, I get a personal anecdote, a remark about a recent story I wrote, or a FB post I've made with a short blurb on their pitch. It allows me to think about it, see where it might fit, and ask for more information if needed, instead of having to read a long release. I appreciate their fun and quirky emails, as much as I appreciate their quirky personalities and all-around fabulousness during a press trip or media event.

The travel industry is evolving faster than anyone can keep up with. There are very few companies like Diamond PR who seem to know what's on the horizon. Everyone's calling it a new normal, and I need people who can translate that and deliver what the next generation wants.
